The Bell Street Connection Project is getting a $115,000 boost from the city of Seattle and Visio Corp. The Connection Project will create a pedestrian-friendly link between the trendy Belltown neighborhood and the Seattle waterfront. Computer software developer Visio, which is contributing $22,500 of the funds, has its headquarters in the World Trade Center Building at the foot of Bell Street.
